YOUR VISION
DESERVES A LIFE
OUTSIDE YOUR HEAD.
I create music, platforms and practices for people who want to move beyond fear,
trust their creative spirit and bring their visions into the world.
Your creativity is not a luxury.
IT’S YOUR BIRTHRIGHT.
I believe we are all creative beings.
But somewhere along the way, many of us learn to doubt what wants to move through us. We get rejected. Compared. Told to be realistic. We learn to fear being seen, getting it wrong, taking up space or wanting too much.
Slowly, creating freely becomes harder.
My work lives in the space between what you feel called to create and what is holding you back from creating it.
Through art, writing, Creative Healing and Holistic Artistry, I explore what it takes to move through fear, trust your inner vision and give it a life outside your head.
Explore my world
My work moves through different forms from music and writing to building frameworks, tools and guiding other creatives. Each of my practices explores creative healing from a different angle.
Holistic Artistry
Developing the Human behind the Artist. A practice and framework I developed to explore artistry beyond talent, career and industry.
Binnenreis
What started as my debut album has grown into its own body of work. Music, reflection cards deck and sharing circles.
Music & performances
Where my own creative practice comes alive. Rap, spoken word, storytelling and music rooted in truth, reflection and conscious expression.
Notes from my inner world
Writing has always been one of the ways I make sense of life. I write about the things I’m living, questioning and practicing along the way: creativity, artistry, womanhood, love, identity, spirituality, indigenous cosmology, community and the courage it takes to build what you see in your inner vision. Some thoughts become essays.
Some become songs. Some become frameworks. Some are simply questions worth sitting with.
I’VE BUILT MY LIFE AROUND CREATIVITY, COMMUNITY AND INDIGENOUS COSMOVISION
For over a decade, I’ve been creating, building communities and exploring what helps people bring what lives inside of them into the world. My path has moved through music, writing, artist development, community building, creative direction, education, communication, entrepreneurship and inner work. Along the way, I co-founded creative platforms, guided artists, developed programs and methodologies, released my own music and continued building my own practice as an artist. That practice eventually gave language to ideas such as Holistic Artistry and Creative Wounds, ways of understanding not only what we create, but the human being creating it.
Much of what I share comes from something I’ve lived, practiced, built or witnessed up close.
And I’m still practicing.
Because I don’t believe mastery means arriving.
I believe it means staying devoted to the practice.
WHAT’S STANDING BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CREATIVITY?
Sometimes what looks like procrastination, perfectionism or fear of visibility has a deeper story.
